My name is Nathalia Bellot, I guide people to learn how to take care of their brain so that it becomes their competitive advantage both at work and in their daily lives. I also guide them to make sustainable and long-lasting lifestyle changes focused on integrative nutrition that helps them achieve their health and wellness goals. I am a Brain Health Coach certified by the renowned Amen University, and I am also a Certified Health Coach by the Institute for Integrative Nutrition IIN of New York. How do I make my accompaniments and guides? Through health programs and workshops, working with you to help you discover how to take care of your brain to optimize it, also how to feed your body with nutritious foods, lead a healthier and more balanced lifestyle in your profession, relationships, physical activity and spiritual practice; and find the best health and wellness routines that work for you. This project was born from my own experience. I went through a moment of health crisis due to stress, working in the corporate field. I happily recovered after a hiatal hernia surgery accompanied by a lifestyle change that I built through healthy and lasting habits focused on integrative nutrition that I learned by becoming certified as a Health Coach and licensed Brain Health Trainer.
I learned to know myself, love myself, take care of myself and change my lifestyle for my own good, not only in terms of nutrition but also by learning how to integrate and work on my spirituality, relationships, career and physical activity along with nutritious food that loves me backā¦ which helped me a lot to get ahead and realize how necessary it is for youth and for everyone, since we do not have a school that teaches us all of these things, as essential as learning how to listen to our body and mind and handling certain life difficulties.
Taking care of our health and well-being is an important issue, it usually seems simple since people have the tools, they know they need it, but carrying it out is the point. It is much easier if you are accompanied by a coach who helps you get to know yourself, know what your needs are; and makes you feel good and safe in this process to achieve your best version by finding a balance in the main areas of life. And this is where integrative nutrition habits come in to see results in terms of health and well-being. In addition to strategies to promote a healthier brain, prevent diseases and achieve greater productivity and efficiency in your personal and work life.
