How does my 6 MONTHS PROGRAM work?
It is a 6-month program that includes 4 sessions per month, that is, 1 session per week to be able to make the sustainable and long-lasting lifestyle changes that you need to be that version of yourself that you are looking for.- Step 1: We fill out a form that I call your health history
- Step 2: We sign the Program Agreement between Coach and Client
- Step 3: We establish your health and wellness goals
- Step 4: Notes and Session Follow-up until the end of the 6 months (progress, results, etc.)
All of this includes healthy recipes, key strategies for your goals, meditations, control and monitoring in each session; and above all a warm and empathetic environment in which I am there to listen to you, advise you and support you during the 6 months of the program!
